Job Description
As a Business Assurance Officer (BAO) at Citi, you will play a crucial role in executing third-party risk management activities as part of the Citis Third Party Management (TPM) Program. Your daily responsibilities will include processing tasks, reviewing rules and regulations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory submissions and governance items on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments of third party compliance. - Perform ownership screening. - Administer corporate responsibility questionnaires. - Manage the HR Management Program. - Review insurance coverage. - Conduct pre-contract due diligence. - Monitor post-contract ongoing monitoring activities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in Third Party Management, regulatory items, compliance, project management, or staffing industry. - Understanding and application of policies, data privacy, and labor laws. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel for data presentation and report creation. - Experience with relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organization skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Flexibility and willingness to adapt to client needs. Additionally, you will engage with various teams including Third Party Management, Country and Global compliance, P2P, and Sector/Regional Risk teams to provide guidance on policy compliance and overall third-party risk management requirements. You will provide support to Citi businesses for the execution of third-party risk management activities, including monitoring third-party performance, customer complaints, compliance to Citi Records Management standards, evaluation of third-party dependence on subcontractors, and preparation for third-party onsite reviews. You will be responsible for ensuring timely completion and updates to third-party related risk information based on required frequency, tracking outstanding items for follow-up, and responding to TPM-related queries from different stakeholders within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to maintain customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve participating in continuous improvement activities and completing tasks instructed by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head.
