**Role Overview:** As a Technical Delivery Manager at Standard Chartered, you will be an individual contributor playing a crucial role in promoting engineering craftsmanship and focusing on delivering business value. Your responsibilities will include driving the domain towards the future state of banking and technology, ensuring technical delivery and excellence across multiple squads or hives. You will work towards the delivery of complex Features, Epics & Releases, and act as the point of escalation for delivery issues across all impacted hives and squads. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop delivery and release plans with technical dependencies in collaboration with the Change Delivery Manager, ensuring alignment with all partners and support from the team and architect. - Ensure technical consistency of solutions in the Hive with the business architecture, technology architecture, and enterprise technology standards. - Study existing engineering processes and contribute to improvements to enhance efficiencies. - Analyze, remove, or mitigate dependencies across teams to enable speed and quality of delivery. - Prepare production outputs and planning in alignment with ESDLC standards. - Oversee Vendor Data Management to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices defined by Standard Chartered bank. - Mentor squads on technology solutions and patterns. - Mitigate delivery risks and issues, ensuring quality, affordability, and scope of delivery. - Act as the risk control owner under the Group's risk management framework. - Address tech compliance requirements through the delivery lifecycle with the support of HTL/PO/CPO. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in ETL, Scripting, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, JBOSS, AWS Cloud, Restful API, Microservice & Kong Gateway & O-Auth, App Scan / Selenium / Cucumber, Maven / Jenkins / SonarQube / Run deck / Ansible / Groovy, Oracle / PL SQL, PostGres, AWS, DevOps. **Additional Details:** Standard Chartered is an international bank committed to making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
