Job Description
As an RF Calibration Engineer at LTST-L&T Semiconductor Technologies Limited, your role will involve leading and executing RF calibration activities for Qualcomm cellular platforms. You will be responsible for generating RFC cards, handling QCN/XQCN, and optimizing RF performance across LTE, GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth subsystems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing RF calibration for Qualcomm SoCs such as QCM, QCS, SA2150, SA415M, SDX series, and QCX series - Generating and updating RFC cards for factory and production use - Handling QCN/XQCN backup, editing, and restoration for RF parameter tuning - Conducting calibration procedures using Qualcomm toolchain: QPST, QXDM, QDART, QCAT, and QMSL - Analyzing and debugging RF logs, NV configurations, and RF signal performance - Coordinating with hardware and modem teams to optimize antenna and RF path - Supporting EFS/NV management, RF provisioning, and board-level bring-up - Automating repetitive tasks using Python/Perl scripts for efficiency in calibration and flashing - Maintaining documentation and traceability for RF performance and test results In terms of qualifications, you should have: - Solid hands-on experience with Qualcomm RF calibration tools and procedures - Experience with multiple Qualcomm chipsets and deep understanding of LTE/4G/5G, GNSS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi RF subsystems - Familiarity with NV item editing, eFuse programming, and RF tuning principles - Strong background in wireless testing, calibration lab tools, and scripting automation - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or relevant discipline Additionally, you should have experience with mass production RF calibration and automation, exposure to carrier certification requirements, familiarity with SAR/TRP/TIS testing and antenna design, and knowledge of eSIM/eUICC and security provisioning. Your technical skills should include proficiency with Qualcomm tools and platforms such as QXDM, QPST/QFIL, QCAT, QDART, QMSL, RFNV Tool, RF Card Tool, and eFUSE Tools.
