Track order-to-delivery performance (OTD) and fill rate for each key customer. Resolve issues related to billing, pricing, returns, or claims in collaboration with internal departments. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs. Account Analytics & Reporting Maintain detailed records of account performance, pricing, and margins in ERP/CRM systems.
