Your responsibilities will include: - Finalizing the test strategy for all regulatory and stress testing changes to ensure comprehensive coverage of possible scenarios. - Managing stakeholder relationships throughout the planning and delivery stages of workstreams. - Overseeing thorough testing in various cycles, including functional testing, UAT, and OAT. - Engaging downstream stakeholders effectively using CART data and conducting walkthrough sessions with Business Analysts for clear requirement understanding. - Publishing delivery dashboards daily with accurate status updates and reviewing progress on a daily basis. - Assisting in defect resolution and ensuring proper governance is followed. - Identifying potential weaknesses in project delivery plans early and taking necessary mitigation steps. - Ensuring the team is well-prepared with tasks in advance and involving other product leads at various testing cycle stages. - Assessing value, developing cases, and prioritizing stories, epics, and themes aligned with product strategy. - Leading and driving Functional testing and UAT calls, and engaging with HOST for build status updates. - Actively mitigating impediments affecting team completion of Release/Sprint Goals. - Staying updated on Agile/Scrum best practices and industry trends to deliver top-notch service. Qualifications required for this role include: - Comprehensive understanding of the Group's operations, structure, and Lines of Business. - Sound knowledge of product and customer groups' reporting/processing requirements. - Detailed understanding of the Group's Finance processes for reporting, and how various systems interact. - Appreciation of Accounting, Regulatory, and Management Information principles. - Understanding of Project Management and the bank's system development life cycle. - Strong people management skills. - Knowledge of the full Reg./GST programs of work.
