Job Description
You are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Coordinator for Architectural Visualization (Archviz) on a 1-year contractual basis, with the possibility of extension. Your role will involve close coordination with international clients, particularly from the North American region, focusing on photo editing and final image compositing for high-end architectural renderings. - Act as a communication bridge between clients (Architects, Builders, Interior Designers) and the production team (3D Artists, Architectural Draftsmen). - Review and understand architectural drawings, project scopes, and deliverables such as: - 3D photorealistic renderings - VR tours and imagery - Walkthrough videos - CAD drawings - Provide creative direction to enhance visual outcomes. - Oversee post-production refinements and final image quality checks before delivery. - Compile and translate client feedback into actionable instructions for the production team. - Assist with other relevant tasks as assigned. You must hold a Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) as a mandatory requirement. Additionally, you should have experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, especially with international clients (preferably from MNCs). A strong understanding of the Architectural Visualization workflow, ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings, proficiency in industry terminology and visual communication tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, keen visual sense, and artistic judgment are essential qualifications and skills required for this role. Software Proficiency: - Online post-production tools - Acrobat / PDF Editors - Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills (Bonus): - Video Production - 3D Modeling and Rendering - CAD Coordination - Image Compositing - Real-time Rendering The contract duration for this role is 1 year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
