Job Description
As a strategic and technically strong leader, you will be responsible for heading the Photovoltaic Cell Manufacturing operations. Your primary goal will be to set up PV cell manufacturing activities, including technology finalization, production operations, and project execution. Your role will involve leading technical projects such as new production line commissioning, capacity expansion, and technology transfers like PERC, TOPCon, and HJT. You will work closely with OEMs, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure timely project completion and performance ramp-up. This is a high-impact position where you will have full ownership of production performance, operational excellence, and team leadership. - Lead the execution of technical projects such as new production line commissioning, capacity expansion, and technology transfers (e.g., PERC, TOPCon, HJT). - Coordinate with OEMs, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure timely project completion and performance ramp-up. - Develop and implement detailed production plans aligned with organizational goals. - Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and cell efficiency. - Oversee the entire cell manufacturing process from raw material input to finished product output. - Build, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and operators. - Ensure effective utilization, maintenance, and performance monitoring of all production equipment. - Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with industry and internal quality standards. - Promote and enforce high standards of workplace safety, environmental compliance, and cleanroom discipline. - Liaise with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, and senior management teams to ensure alignment of production goals with overall business objectives. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators including OEE, yield, cycle time, and cost per watt. - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or equivalent). - 10+ years of experience in solar PV cell manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Strong technical expertise in cell manufacturing processes (PERC, TOPCon, HJT, etc.). - Experience in greenfield/brownfield plant setup and project execution. - Proven ability to lead large teams in a multi-shift, high-throughput environment. - Strong decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with automation, MES, and data-driven manufacturing. Experience with global PV manufacturing companies, exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices, and a strong understanding of cleanroom protocols and contamination control are preferred skills for this role.,

Job Description
As a Production & Planning Department member at our company located in Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the VMC shop floor operations to ensure smooth production. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising VMC shop floor operations and ensuring smooth production. - Developing and executing Mastercam 2D & 3D programming for machining processes. - Planning manpower allocation and optimizing resource utilization. - Managing machine loading as per PPC production schedules. - Preparing DOD (Date of Delivery) reports for scheduled orders. - Driving new process development and continuous process optimization. - Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions promptly. - Ensuring quality control and maintaining documentation as per standards. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Expertise in Mastercam programming (2D & 3D). - Strong knowledge of VMC shop floor handling and production supervision. - Proficiency in manpower planning, resource allocation, and scheduling. - Familiarity with quality control standards and documentation practices. With your 5-6 years of experience and educational background in BE/B.Tech / Graduate / Diploma Mechanical, you are well-equipped to thrive in this dynamic and challenging environment.,
