Key Responsibilities: - Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical issues related to hardware devices, operating systems, and collaborative tools. - Act as an escalation point for Level 1 and 1.5 support teams, offering real-time support and ensuring end-to-end ticket monitoring and closure. - Work closely with service providers and other IT staff to deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices and software, including providing remote support via SCCM and other remote management tools. - Coordinate with Level 3 support and other technical experts on advanced issues and ongoing support improvements. - Manage and respond to hardware and software incidents and service requests, including patch management and security updates. - Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures for hardware management, including asset and inventory management. Qualifications Required: - Experience in a technical support role, with at least 1 year in a Level 2 support capacity. - In-depth knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 10/11 and Unix/Linux. - Knowledge of ITSM tools, SCCM, MECM, Bomgar, and WSUS for patch management. - Understanding of network hardware, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. - Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and mobile device management. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical issues. - English language proficiency at least at B2 level. Job Description
As an MDM Platform Admin with our client in Noida or Hyderabad, your role will involve managing and administering Informatica On-Prem MDM systems. You must have a strong understanding of MDM HUB, Provisioning Tool, and Informatica architecture, as well as experience in performance tuning and optimization of MDM systems. Additionally, you should be well-versed in security frameworks, code migration, and change management. Key Responsibilities: - System Maintenance: - Perform routine monitoring of the MDM system's health to ensure operational efficiency. - Apply necessary patches, upgrades, and security updates. - Manage configuration backups and recovery operations for data integrity. - Security And Access Management: - Manage user roles and permissions for proper access control. - Grant access to IT and Business users in compliance with security standards. - Ensure compliance with internal security policies by managing user roles and authorization procedures. - Performance Tuning And Optimization: - Continuously monitor system performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks. - Fine-tune parameters and optimize MDM HUB properties for efficiency. - Troubleshoot performance issues and provide quick resolution. - Code Migration And Change Management: - Facilitate code migration between environments. - Coordinate with developers to ensure migrations are executed for approved code. - Maintain a robust change management process for smooth deployment. - Disaster Recovery And Backup Management: - Review and manage backup strategies for data and critical components. - Execute disaster recovery procedures for system restoration. - Documentation And Reporting: - Maintain up-to-date system documentation. - Provide periodic reports on system performance and management activities. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in managing and administering Informatica On-Prem MDM systems. - Strong understanding of MDM HUB, Provisioning Tool, and Informatica MDM architecture. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of MDM systems. - Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and proactive system maintenance. - Solid understanding of security frameworks, user roles, and access management. - Experience with code migration, change management, and release protocols. - Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes for MDM systems.
