Job Description
As a Compliance UAT Testing Analyst reporting into the Policy Automation and Execution team, your role involves supporting UAT application testing across various platforms within an Agile Scrum environment. Your responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing digital application testing aligned with development user stories. You will collaborate with business requestors and developers to ensure testing is in line with development requirements and participate in release decisions. Additionally, you will work closely with product owners to contribute to the policy technology roadmap. Your role requires developed user testing and documentation skills to influence and support the technology roadmap effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Participating in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of policy technologies & applications - Forecasting effort and availability to support technology releases and other product management needs - Proactively communicating status and potential risks related to work efforts - Collaborating with product ownership team members and development team members to understand and document business & technical requirements - Acting as a subject matter expert in Policy Technology Applications and effectively communicating with senior technology and business stakeholders - Promoting good working relationships across projects and stakeholders within the organization - Interacting and working with other areas within Citi as required - Undertaking any additional duties as assigned - Operating with a limited level of direct supervision and exercising independence of judgment and autonomy - Appropriately assessing risk in business decisions, with a focus on maintaining the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications required for this role are: - 3 years of product development / user testing experience with exposure to Agile Scrum, along with experience in Jira - 1+ years of experience with compliance or policy technologies - Self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive mindset - Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work across all levels of the organization - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively and independently, navigate a complex organization, and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Jira - Demonstrated knowledge in the area of focus Education requirement includes a Bachelor's degree, with experience in compliance, legal, or other control-related functions in a financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm being preferred.
