As a Research and Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a set of research tasks including benchmarking targets, compiling research data, and ensuring regulatory compliances such as ISO, NABL, and Internal Management system. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing lab and scale-up activities for research and development, cost reduction, value addition, and new inventions - Ensuring the reproducibility of experimental data - Organizing and managing facilities for experiments and scale-up processes - Developing and implementing method development for solving assigned tasks - Creating SOPs for lab and scale-up experiments - Reviewing and validating experiments and methodologies - Compiling technical reports for publication and IP - Coordinating safety processes such as PHA and PSSR - Managing proper disposal of chemical waste You must hold a Ph.D. in science or engineering with a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience relevant to the position.
