Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Director Sales & Marketing at Nuacem AI, you will be playing a senior role in the Sales and BD team to drive customer growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new prospects to increase the customer pipeline. You will meet potential customers, educate them on the product, and uncover business opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with Customer Success Managers to follow up on leads, generate new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams for effective sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build upon the growth & adoption of the Nuacem AI platform in multiple industries and verticals.
- Efficiently manage the entire sales cycle and provide compelling presentations to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and visibility on sales and revenue performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Engineering) to navigate complex sales cycles effectively.

Qualifications Required:
- 7-10+ years of sales experience in enterprise SaaS or Software services with a proven track record.
- Ability to navigate a complex organization and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of messaging and artificial intelligence trends.
- Passion for learning, technology, intellectual curiosity, and high ambition.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
- Start-Up Experience is a plus.
