    As an Execution Finance Head at Siemens Energy India Ltd. in Aurangabad, your role will involve leading the finance execution function with a focus on customer management, digital transformation, and stakeholder collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Customer Management:** - Interface with senior-level customers, including Public Sector clients, to ensure smooth financial execution. - **Order & Contract Management:** - Handle complex customer orders, understanding contractual terms and conditions. - Manage contract closure activities and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements. - **Stakeholder Management:** - Collaborate effectively with internal departments like Accounting, Treasury, and Sales for seamless execution. - **Financial Execution & Reporting:** - Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting using SAP systems. - **Digital Transformation:** - Drive initiatives for digitalization and automation of manual processes to enhance efficiency. - **Export & Offshore Management:** - Ensure compliance with export documentation requirements for offshore customers. - **Logistics & Operational Challenges:** - Navigate complex logistical environments for timely financial execution. - **Leadership & People Management:** - Lead diverse teams, promoting collaboration and high performance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 15 years of experience in finance execution and leadership. - Strong accounting background for handling complex execution scenarios. - Proven expertise in customer management, particularly with Public Sector clients. - Proficiency in SAP and financial systems. - Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across various internal functions. - Strong people management skills with experience in leading diverse teams. - Focus on digitalization and automation of financial processes. - Experience in contract closure and managing export documentation. - Ability to thrive in a complex logistical environment.
