Job Description

As an IT Strategy practitioner at EY's Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST) team, your role is crucial in devising creative strategies based on trends, insights, and data to drive strategic business-led, tech-enabled transformation for clients. You will be responsible for:

- Understanding the business strategy and translating it into enterprise-wide technology vision aligned with growth priorities, customer experience, and efficiency.
- Analyzing value chains, business capabilities, and processes to identify optimization opportunities through tech-enabled solutions.
- Developing business capability models, analyzing enterprise-wide systems, and ensuring compliance with strategic priorities.
- Guiding clients through large-scale transformations and collaborating with IT and business leadership to shape IT strategies.
- Leading client conversations, building trusted relationships, and developing thought leadership in technology strategy.
- Managing engagement teams, providing leadership in business-IT transformation, and coaching team members.

Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading client interactions with CIOs, CEOs, CFOs, and senior leadership.
- Developing client relationships, selling and delivering work, and creating structured solutions for technology strategy problems.
- Managing engagement teams, recruiting and developing professionals, and contributing to the development of practice offerings.
- Supporting the development of new solution offerings, tools, and knowledge repositories.
- Demonstrating expertise in specific industries, clients, or technologies to advise senior leadership effectively.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

- Strong academic background with BE/B.tech and MBA from top Tier-1 B-schools.
- 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting with a focus on large-scale enterprise transformations.
- Experience in industry sectors such as Financial services, Retail, Healthcare/Pharma, Telecom, e-commerce, etc.
- Proficiency in assessing IT operating models, business alignment, and IT strategy.
- Experience with digital, cloud, automation, AI/ML, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze data for meaningful insights, and knowledge of IT governance frameworks.

Preferred qualifications include:

- Advanced business or technology degrees from tier-1 schools.
- Experience presenting to the C-Suite and explaining complex concepts.
- Speaking at industry conferences, authoring articles, and business/technology innovation experience.
- Exposure to key technology domains and relevant industry certifications.
