I recently put in an order with them via credit card. Everything went through and received a receipt with confirmation number. I than look at my email and it was returned undeliverable. I said what the hell was this. I call the customer service number and by the way all their contact numbers for service tech support and sales is the same number. So anyway call and the way they answer was " I don't have time for this and I have to call you back" not hello or name of the company nothing. Just what Imentioned. I asked do you even know me or the number I called he says the area code and hangs up. I than contact my credit card company and stop the order and tell me I believe they are a fraudulent company. They never responded to any correspondence so just beware before you do business with them. Plus I was able to get the items cheaper elsewhere

They are shady, about a year ago I was looking for a good deal on a mini split air conditioning unit with good warranty. I found bestpriceminisplits.com and saw they had the best warranty and price and even outlined they used a hitachi compressor. They offered a no haggle 1 year warranty/3 on parts and don't recall if it was 5 or 7 year on the compressor, anyway I was impressed and jumped on the deal which was also cheap at just over $1,000. With shipping and install kit. A few months later I checked the website and saw they changed their warranty to 1 year only on everything, I was like whaaatt! I called them and asked what the deal was with the warranty change and the guy said"oh don't worry they had it that way to compete but you'll be taken care of if something happens". So I was like ok. I had the unit installed before I saw the change in warranty and a few months later a switching valve went bad, which switches from hot to cold, so I called and tried to have a part sent out under warranty, they didn't even know what I was talking about, so then I had the ac repair person call and they still didn't know, even with part numbers, their parts dept. is a joke! I had to fix it so I paid out of pocket.So I reported them to the bbb so they could reimburse me and also notified them about the warranty changes they made.The bbb contacted them and they responded with yes, they would reimburse and honor their original warranty. But I wanted it to be fair for everyone who purchased at the time when they had the original warranty info posted and responded to them with, they must honor the original warranty for everyone who purchased at that time. But then then the bbb said they couldn't go any further because the website wasn't registered with the bbb.So I just gave up with that battle. Anyway it may seem tempting with the price and the free shipping but in the end you will pay more, I should have gone with the 2nd choice an lg system for a bit more but better quality and warranty.
