Punkcase cases are great cases if they send you the right one. Don't be a fool like me and order 3 times only to be ripped off by this this company 3 times. Take the time to read all the other negative reviews, trust me they are true. Punkcase is an unethical company that seem to thrive on ripping their customers off, some would even call it theft, you pay for 3 cases, they send only one and promise to send the missing 2, only to never send them or refund for the missing cases. They are an unethical company that should not be in business. Take your business elsewhere, Punkcase do not deserve your $$$.
So the cases are the best however do not directly order from them. Can get them cheaper on Amazon. Ordered from the company and got the wrong case, they wouldn't do anything about it. Tried one more time and it has now been a month and still haven't received my order. Company sucks!
I shouldve taken note of the terrible reviews this company has received. I received totally the wrong item, and was told to write return to sender on parcel and send back. There was no return address on the box, plus I live in the UK. I've since returned the case (I eventually got a reply and address) they won't refund return postage even though it's there error and dont offer any support to return. Ive been have been waiting for over 3 weeks for alleged refund or actual case to be sent. They don't reply back to emails. Dealing with PayPal now for refund. Don't buy from these guys.
This is the 3rd case we've purchased. First 2 were great, received as ordered and product itself is great. My son even dropped his phone from 14 stories and protected the phone. Now fast forward to 2024 and we ordered a new case. Wrong colour sent and they wanted me to ship back at my expense (from Canada) to request an exchange. This was their error and they should be paying for the cost to ship back and send back the correct one again at their full cost including duty. They are now ignoring my emails. Seems like someone in their logistics dept. needs to be fired as it's ruining their reputation of a great product. Our family was going to be life long Punkcase purchasers, but they have lost our trust. Other posts have confirmed this isn't a one of. It almost seems like they ship out whatever extra colours are not selling and basically say oops. And profit off of their customers. Even if you order again, there's no guarantee you'll receive what you ordered. Way too risky -- Shame on them! So disappointed in an American company based company too (NY)!

Sent wrong color case. $#*! customer service. Refused to send correct case I ordered or give refund unless I paid to ship their mistake back! These people are scamming people! This business needs to be shut down! They are crooks!
Purchased a phone case with 2-3 days express shipping but it took over 6 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was the wrong case that was sent and had to pay customs fee to clear the border. Additionally, had to pay return shipping fees with no reimbursement
Loved the case sold by punkcase but when I went to reorder one ( cause I'm in construction and they get beat up) it said it was delivered and nothing showed up. Then I contacted them and they said they would send out another one free of charge but it was ( out of stock) right now. Instead of waiting around I ordered another case but different color and that one was lost in transit. The out of stock one never got to me and two payments later I was never reimbursed. Poor customer service, poor quality service
I was sent the wrong case and was told I could get an exchange or refund if I sent it back with a note and the order number. So I did weeks ago. I still don't have a case or my money back and I had to pay the shipping to send it back! I'm pretty sure this company is scamming people! Don't buy here!

Never received the case I ordered. Also could Never get a response about the problem. Terrible company.
This company has a Canadian website but ships from the US and is not upfront about this. I was charged $26 in duty for two cases by customs. When I received the cases they were the wrong colour- white instead of black/green. These of for two guys working in construction- white is not an option. When I contacted them they said to sent them back (I guess I am to pay for shipping) and they will send out two of the correct cases. I would assume I will have to pay for duty again. Why am I paying for their mistake? And if I request a refund I am out the duty I had to pay. This entire situation is infuriating.
If they cant get the color correct how can I trust them with my phone underwater. I was warned this company was poorly run. Sadly learning firsthand.
This website is a scam. They sent me the wrong colour of the case I ordered. Offered me 20% off or asked me to return to case on my own dime for a refund. It would cost me more than the case the return it. Absolute scam of a company. Do NOT buy.
I ordered my case when I got a new phone. Waited and waited and waited for it. About 2 months tbh. I emailed customer service. They asked questions, one with every email I sent, and never contacted me with any kind of resolution. Then, another month later, the case shows up. Wrong color, but I could get over that. The charging piece inside the case breaks within 24 hrs. Never again.

They sent the wrong case - cheaper one - but refused to refund me.
They kept saying I needed to return it first - from UK to New York -but this would cost twice what I paid! So I was left without the case the bought, and no refund.
I've since seen v similar reviews, it seems like they do this alot - I assume it's a scam, they send out cheaper cases and hope you don't complain.
My husband ordered a case, we received wrong color and size. I spent money sending the case back and am still waiting for correct case. Can't speak with anyone when called and it is hard to get replies. We were sent a tracking number but nothing has been given to carrier for 6 days now. I email and wait.
First I ordered a teal waterproof case. It came in the mail. It's missing the plug for the headphone jack so it isn't waterproof. The case is also the wrong color. I called the customer service number. That's when big red flags started. There's a voicemail box that's always full. What? What customer service department forwards you to a voicemail box that's always full during normal business hours? I finally, by some miracle, reached someone in customer service. I explained the situation and asked why they sent the wrong color case as well? She said they were out of the color I wanted. Wait what? So you just pick a case I didn't order and send it to me?!?! She said they'd said me a new case. I asked for an email specifying this and was told they don't do that. I was sent an email with a DHL tracking number. Which was obviously fake as it was stuck on showing it was enroute for two weeks. I called DHL they said I needed to contact PUNKCASE. After numerous attempts I haven't reached anyone and can't leave a voicemail as their voicemail is always full. They have an email option but I'm sure they'll ignore it. I'd give these thieves a zero if I could!
Order my case at the beginning of October and it still has not arrived. There was a tracking and Said it would be shipped to me in a week and it never arrived. The latest email says it was on back order. So I wouldn't believe their Black Friday sale hype cause you will be waiting until after Christmas.
Answer: Scam! They break international consumer regulations with their shipping and returns policies. They do not provide information required at point of sale, and refuse refunds.
Answer: In Australia I have used Aus Power Banks and been very happy.
Answer: Save yourself the hassle, they won't refund or cancel your order, they are an unethical company that take pride in ripping people off. Buy elsewhere.
