Celso Napoleon, pseudonym for Celso da Silva, is a polymath deeply dedicated to theology and education. A theologian from the Pastor Cícero Canuto de Lima Theological School (now FAESP), he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Science from São Paulo State University (UNESP). He is a business consultant specializing in Project Management; Human Resources (HR); Corporate Governance & ESG; and Quality Management. He is a professor in the Department of Administrative Sciences at Faculdades FACCAT.
