This document summarizes a study on women entrepreneurship conducted by Srirag S Pudhuvet at SRI KRISHNA ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGE. The study introduces the topic, outlines the research gap and objectives, which are to study the development of women entrepreneurship, the role of women entrepreneurs in the economy, government schemes for women entrepreneurs, and problems faced by women entrepreneurs. It then reviews literature on topics like access to funding, diversity, social and cultural impacts, work-life balance, and global comparisons. The study aims to understand how women entrepreneurship can empower women, impact culture and society, drive economic growth and development, and enable global competitiveness and sustainable development.
