Professional display slicers built for macOS

Designed to work with popular playback and VJ applications like
QLab, Millumin, Isadora, Resolume, MadMapper, and many more.

Plug And Play.

Connects to your Mac as a single monitor/display. SLICE products use powerful FPGA processors to capture each frame, slices it into 1-6 parts, and output each one via HDMI or HDBaseT connections

Built for Video Mapping.

SLICE products are designed to ensure pixel-perfect processing from input to output. Use your favorite video mapping tool, such as QLab, Millumin, Isadora, Resolume, or MadMapper, to align, scale, and rotate your outputs.

Use HDBaseT to connect to projectors hundreds of feet away using ordinary Cat5 cables.

Made for Mac.

SLICE display slicers from Stage Blocks Co are the only display slicers on the market specifically designed for use with Apple Silicon Macs. We’ve worked with Mac software developers to ensure our EDID configuration is reliable and repeatable. The days of projector outputs unpredictably swapping are over.

Multiple SLICE Units

Connect as many SLICE units to your Mac as the number of external displays it supports minus one (leaving one display for the operator monitor.)

In practice, the number of outputs you can use before the playback frame rate drops is also limited by the complexity of your show, the efficiency of your playback software, and your computer’s CPU and GPU. Check Apple’s MacBook Pro, Mac mini, and Mac Studio identification guides for details on external display support.

Stop Wasting Pixels.

Most budget 4K 2×2 video wall controllers claim to have 1920×1080 outputs, but they’re actually upscaled from an undersized internal buffer. This makes the output appear blurry or compressed. SLICE4 includes a lossless full-size 3840×2400 pixel buffer and a true 4K video processing engine so there’s no quality loss between your media server application and your final output.

SLICE4 goes even further, with one-to-one pixel accuracy for outputs up to 1920×1200 (WUXGA) on professional projectors.

Slice4 HDMI / Slice4 HDBasetT

Slice a single 4K output from your Mac into four separate HDMI signals. Use SLICE4 to connect four projectors to a single port on any Mac, then use software like QLab or MadMapper to map them separately.

Unlike other display slicers which compromise on image quality or maximum resolution, the SLICE4 uses advanced FPGA technology to prevent quality loss. All outputs are by default WUXGA 1920×1200 resolution, the same as most theatrical projectors. Outputs can be configured to 1920×1080 using the excellent Mac app BetterDisplay Pro.

SLICE4 is designed to be plug-and-play, with no complex configuration software or confusing menus to navigate. Just connect it to your Mac with the included USB-C to DisplayPort cable and tell your video mapping software to use it as a 2x2 slicer.

Includes

  • Slice4 HDMI

  • 3ft USB-C to DisplayPort adapter cable

  • Locking 12V power adapter

Slice4 HDBaseT
$1,025.00

Slice4 HDMI / Slice4 HDBasetT

Slice a single 4K output from your Mac into four separate HDBaseT signals. Use SLICE4 to connect four projectors to a single port on any Mac, then use software like QLab or MadMapper to map them separately.

HDBaseT is transmitted over basic Cat5e/Cat6 cables and can be transmitted much greater distances than HDMI. Most professional projectors have HDBaseT input. Slice4 can transmit HDBaseT up to 230 feet.

Long distance?
No problem.

Slice6 HDMI
$1,399.00

Slice a single 4K output from your Mac into up to six separate HDMI signals. Use SLICE6 to connect six projectors to a single port on any Mac, then use software like QLab or MadMapper to map them separately.

Unlike other display slicers which compromise on image quality or maximum resolution, the SLICE6 uses advanced FPGA technology to prevent quality loss. Simple DIP switches are used to set the output resolution up to 6@1920×1200p60 or 4@3840×2400p30.

SLICE6 is designed to be plug-and-play, with no complex configuration software or confusing menus to navigate. Just connect it to your Mac with the included USB-C to DisplayPort cable and set the output configuration you want. We’ve even printed common configuration DIP settings right on the box.

Includes

  • Slice6 HDMI

  • 3ft USB-C to DisplayPort adapter cable

  • Locking 12V power adapter

Slice6 devices are built-to-order and may take up to 21 days to ship.

New!

Maximum outputs, minimum complexity.

Use simple DIP switches to configure Slice6 into 6@1920x1200p60, 4@3840x2400p30, or dozens of other output resolutions. No special programming software needed.

We even printed a configuration switch guide right on the box.

Connect up to 12 projectors to M4 Pro Mac mini at full native resolution.
