Alex Hogan is a senior multimedia producer at STAT, producing long- and short-form documentaries and animated video explainers. Alex also hosts STAT's weekly video series, STATus Report. In 2017, Alex wrote and co-directed the award-winning STAT documentary “Runnin’,” which examines the toll the opioid epidemic has taken on his tight-knit hometown of Somerville, Mass.
