The CMTP®
Train, certify, get hired. In that order.
The Cybersecurity Mentorship and Training Program is the thing we built because nobody built it for us: expert-level training with a practitioner who reviews your work every week, and career support that does not stop at a resume PDF.
How it works
Three stages, in sequence
Most people fail to break into security because nobody showed them the order to do things in.
- PHASE 01
Build the foundation, with a mentor
Whatever you did before this, you start with self-paced masterclasses that teach how security actually works, plus lab exercises you run yourself. Your mentor is in it with you from week one.
- Weekly one-on-one mentorship from your first week, not from month three
- Core principles: risk, threat analysis, and the controls underneath everything else
- Your first home lab, built rather than watched
- CompTIA Security+ and a cloud security certification, vouchers included
- Eight core cybersecurity certificates from us, plus a lifetime Pocket Prep license
- PHASE 02
Specialize, with the same mentor
This is the part other programs skip. The weekly sessions continue and get harder: your mentor reviews what you produce and helps you choose where to go deep.
- The same practitioner, still doing the job, still reviewing your work every week
- Hands-on labs against real scenarios, not slideware
- A specialization matched to your goals: SOC, penetration testing, cloud, or GRC
- A CompTIA specialist certification to match it, CySA+ or PenTest+
- Peer collaboration with people at the same stage
- PHASE 03
Get hired, then keep going
Certifications get you filtered in. Interviews get you the offer. We prepare you for both, and the mentorship carries on past your start date.
- Resume review, mock interviews, and job search strategy
- Job application help and placement support, start to finish
- Introductions through the network we've built over years in the field
- On-the-job coaching and continuing education once you're hired
- Credly digital badges you can put in front of a recruiter
Mentorship is not a phase. A named practitioner meets with you one-on-one every week, from your first week through to after you have started the job.
Most people complete the foundation in about four months full-time, which we count as twenty or more hours a week, or six to eight months part-time. The pace flexes to your schedule.
