Postman API Platform plans and pricing

The free version includes many features you know and love, including sending requests and inspecting responses, designing and mocking APIs, testing APIs, monitoring APIs, and much more. The free version is also a great place to start collaborating with up to three team members.

The Postman Enterprise plan offers our top-tier support package, with access to exclusive advanced features and add-ons, enterprise-grade availability, and a one-day response time. Customers on the Enterprise plan also receive support from our Customer Success team.

Yes, Postman now offers four plans. Here are a few highlights of changes we made to the plans:

• Essentials and Ultimate plans are consolidating into one powerful Enterprise plan at $49/user/month
• The new Enterprise plan includes the Private API Network for secure internal collaboration
• Professional plans now have access to Partner Workspaces for easy external collaboration
• We've launched several new priced add-ons, affording a more modular way for you to extend your plan's capabilities with AI, testing, and external collaboration tools

Yes. If you are using the Postman desktop app or if you are on an Enterprise plan with account-level deployment control, you will have to upgrade to v11 in order to begin using the new features. For Enterprise accounts with deployment control, contact your Team Admin to request an upgrade.

If you are using the web version of Postman, beginning May 1, 2024, you will be able to access v11 features upon login. See additional FAQs related to the v11 launch here.

The Postman Enterprise plan offers PO/invoicing as a payment option. The Enterprise plan also offers custom payment terms. The Postman Basic and Professional plans are only available for purchase by credit card.

Yes. For customers on the Postman Basic, Professional, and Enterprise plans, you can add licenses at any point in the subscription.

If you're on the Basic or Professional plan, you can simply go to your management console to add a new member. With our Auto-Flex team policy, you won't be billed for the new users until either your next billing cycle for monthly plans or on a recurring quarterly basis for annual plans. During this monthly or quarterly period, you will also have the ability to assess your needs and add more licenses or remove them before the billing date. Yes. For monthly plans, a request to decrease the license seat count will be reflected in the following month's billing. For annual plans, a request to decrease license seats occurs at the next annual renewal.

Postman recognizes that our customers and prospects will require security-related information to adhere to their own organizational compliance policy requirements. Therefore, you can download the following standard security questionnaires and reports directly from the Postman Security & Trust Portal:

• The System and Organization Controls (SOC2) Type 2 and SOC 3 assessments
• CAIQ - Consensus Assessments Initiative Questionnaire

A Postbot activity refers to any task or work performed by Postbot, including, but not limited to:

• Generating tests: Postbot can create intelligent, automated tests based on your API specifications, saving you time and effort in writing tests manually.
• Writing documentation: Postbot can assist in generating clear, concise, and up-to-date documentation for your APIs, making it easier for your team and other developers to understand and use them effectively.
• Visualizing data: Postbot can create beautiful visualizations for your response data.
• Suggesting improvements: By analyzing your API design and usage patterns, Postbot can provide valuable suggestions to optimize your API structure, naming conventions, and best practices.
• Providing support: Postbot can act as a knowledgeable assistant, answering questions, providing guidance, and helping troubleshoot issues related to your APIs and the Postman platform.

The amount of Postbot activity consumed depends on the complexity and extent of the work performed by Postbot. For example, if you request Postbot to generate a comprehensive test suite for a large API, it will consume more activity compared to a simpler task, like suggesting a few improvements to your documentation.

Flows is currently available on our Free, Basic, and Professional plans. It is available on our Enterprise plan by invitation-only at this time. Contact your sales representative to learn more.

A flow is made up of building blocks, such as Action blocks for calling APIs, Decision blocks for computation, and AI blocks which can generate JSON, text, or images. Every block consumes a set number of credits when flows run. An AI block consumes a variable number of credits depending on how the block is configured and your subscription plan.

The Advanced Security Administration add-on enables you to deploy account-wide, enterprise-grade security features, protecting your sensitive data and corporate IP across your Postman elements. With advanced encryption, exposed secret detection, and seamless integration, you can ensure the highest level of security throughout your API development lifecycle.

The add-on includes:

• Private Secret Scanner: Run Postman's Secret Scanner to check for exposed secrets in both Team and Public Workspaces
• Secret Scanner Dashboard: Access reporting and analytics on exposed secrets in Team and Public workspaces
• Vault Integrations: Integrate with your Azure Key Vault, Hashicorp Vault, or AWS secret manager to fetch secrets for variable resolution in run time requests
• Domain Capture: Redirect Postman logins with corporate email to the company's Enterprise account
