FAQs
When will my cards be mailed?
Cards are mailed in two business days via USPS first class mail. They usually arrive within a week in the US and two weeks in internationally.
Can I use my own design or logo?
Yes indeed. We have tons of card templates that include a space for a logo and allow you to add your brand colors. And we also have options that allow you to upload the entire design so that you have complete control over the design of your card.
How do I import my contacts?
We have a very sophisticated, one-click import system that should be able to take any Excel or CSV. If the system has any trouble importing your info, a dedicated team member will get your contacts in for you.
Can you send the cards to me instead?
Yes. We usually mail the cards directly to your recipients but if you would rather have the cards sent to you so that you can hand them out in person or include them with a gift, we can send them to you in a box. We send the boxes UPS Ground and they should arrive within a few days.
Are your cards recycled?
Yes. All of our cards and envelopes are printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper.
