Jacob Blackmon

Hello fans and hopefully soon-to-be fans! I am Jacob E. Blackmon. Some may know me as "Prodigyduck." I am a prolific illustrator who delights in bringing to life my imagination through role-playing games and art. Whether it's sci-fi and fantasy monsters, heroes, or even a mundane aardvark, I love to draw it. I intend to keep illustrating for years to come. Even if I am unsupported, I will continue to provide art and display it onto my deviantArt page, Facebook, and Tumblr. However, with the support of my fans (like YOU!), I can do so with less stress to my finances. Additionally, I will be able to create more content that is my own, rather than only drawing commissions from game companies.

At the end of each month, I will collect the incidental art I draw for "myself" during the course of the month into a PDF file and provide it for you to use as stock art. 

STOCK ART

CHARACTER ART FOR YOU! I will draw for you a single-character illustration of your choosing. You get this reward EACH MONTH! That's right, a full-color single character illustration for YOU! You get to choose the subject. You receive a lifetime royalty-free license to use the art. Your commercial use of the art will be exclusive for a period of 6 months (though I’ll retain rights to use it for self-promotion during this time; to be displayed here and on other pages where my art can be seen by the public on DeviantArt, Facebook, an so on). After 6 months, your exclusivity ends and I can license the art to other end users. If you want to retain exclusive rights to the art beyond the initial 6 month period, we will need to enter into an alternative contract.

SINGLE-CHARACTER ART

PUBLISHER PLEDGE Are you a publisher of books, magazines, or games who needs a regular selection of art for your product? Well, then this is the tier for you! Each month, you will receive a single-character "1/4-page" illustration IN ADDITION to a multi-character "1/2-page" illustration. You receive a lifetime royalty-free license to use the art. Your commercial use of the art will be exclusive for a period of 6 months (though I’ll retain rights to use it for self-promotion during this time; to be displayed here and on other pages where my art can be seen by the public on DeviantArt, Facebook, an so on). After 6 months, your exclusivity ends and I can license the art to other end users. If you want to retain exclusive rights to the art beyond the initial 6 month period, we will need to enter into an alternative contract.
