The TouchArcade Show

Since 2015 this Patreon has existed as a means of supporting TouchArcade, a website dedicated to all things iOS gaming that also included extensive coverage of Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, and other gaming related content. Unfortunately the Patreon itself just wasn't enough to sustain operations, and as of September 2024 <a href="https://toucharcade.com/2024/09/24/toucharcade-is-shutting-down/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">the TouchArcade website is no longer in operation</a>.<img src="https://toucharcade.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/TARIP-2.jpg" title="">However, part of TouchArcade was a weekly podcast called The TouchArcade Show which has ran more than 600 episodes since May of 2011. This podcast features myself, Jared Nelson, Editor in Chief of TouchArcade, and Eli Hodapp, former Editor in Chief of TouchArcade, chit-chatting about all manner of stuff. Oftentimes that includes video games, but also technology in general, especially in regard to Apple and their products. We also talk about things entirely unrelated to tech or gaming, like general current events or things happening in our personal lives. Over the nearly 14 years of producing this podcast we have been fortunate enough to grow a fanbase that (for the most part) enjoys our random weekly discussion, whether it's related to iOS gaming or not. For those who have been listening to us for an extended period of time, The TouchArcade Show is like a weekly opportunity to hang out with a couple of dudes and shoot the breeze.<img src="https://toucharcade.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/patreonbanner.jpg" title="">With the TouchArcade website shutting down, Eli and myself would very much like to continue producing the podcast, and there seem to be a good number of fans who would like the same. So we will be pivoting this Patreon to go towards continuing to produce The TouchArcade Show.But that's not all! TouchArcade's writing staff, Mikhail Madnani and Shaun Musgrave, would also like to continuing to produce the high quality content they were previously producing for the website. This can include things like in-depth reviews for mobile, Switch, or PC games; special features like sales round-ups or top-ten lists; in-depth interviews with game industry figures, and much more. If that's the case, please do at least downgrade to a free supporter level, as that way you will still receive notifications of what we're up to and perhaps down the line maybe you'll want to subscribe again.
