Even though this isn’t my first rodeo, I still like to go “back to the basics” with my core activation exercise prior to starting my workout. Being that my abs will eventually separate as my tummy grows, I like to keep working my transverse abdominal muscles strong. This will help with pelvic floor pain as well as back pain.
