Diet: 🥗Caloric Deficit: Aim to eat about 500 fewer calories per day to lose roughly 1 lb per week. (Please gradually decrease your calories, this is so important as this is more sustainable and healthy for your body) 🐓Protein Intake: Prioritize lean proteins (chicken, fish, turkey) to support muscle growth (aim for 0.8-1g per pound of body weight). 🥦Whole Foods: Focus on vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats. Minimize processed foods and sugars. 2. Exercise: 🏋🏼‍♀️Strength Training: Start hitting the weights 3-5 times a week. All you need is 30 minutes. Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and support metabolism 💦 4. Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night to aid recovery and hormone balance 😴 5.
