PLAIN JANE (vanilla): 1 c granulated sugar 1 c water 1 tbsp vanilla paste (or extract) TEDDY GRAHAM: 1/2 c honey 1/2 c light brown sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 cup water 1 tbsp vanilla paste (or extract) BLUEBERRY MUFFIN: 1 c frozen blueberries 1/2 c light brown sugar 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 1 cup water 1 tbsp vanilla paste (or extract) Bring all ingredients (but the vanilla) to a boil over low- medium heat. Make sure all of the sugar is fully dissolved (takes about 10-15 mins). Add the vanilla at the very end. Strain the blueberries. Store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
