Supplies: Thrifted XXL stretch top and only $2.00! Now that's a transformation... I cut the shoulder seam and used that as the collar for added length. I shaped it on my dress form and sewed it from there. I pleated under the bust line by gathering folds, then sewed it flat. This creates shape in the dress and fullness to the skirt. Added some straps for the shoulders. A lot of reshaping went into the dress, it is hard to explain. It's best to fit it on you or a dress form for fitting.
