Antique Cast Iron Sink Placed in Handmade Salvaged Wood Shelf

Have you ever thought of where to place your cast iron sink in? Nate built us a little shelf for the sink from the 1930’s wood that we salvaged from the ceiling walls in our cottage. He would still need to tweak it a bit later as some of the wood has been warped over the years. We still may need to build on to the shelf by adding cabinets or put a curtain around it or something because it’s all just open right now. It was so creative to be able to build our own little shelf!

Very hard to find sink with the double basin single drainboard. It is marked Standard Sanitary mfg. c.1920s. The porcelain shows normal wear, there are scratches & scuffs, some pockmarks, some pitting in the basins, and a few small chips. The original wall brackets are included as shown. Overall good, salvaged condition. Please be sure to look over all of the pictures as they are the best description. Feel free to ask questions when needed. Thanks for looking!
