See a very rare “great white of the wetlands,” an 8-foot albino alligator! It may be the rarest live animal you’ll ever see. Of some 5 million or so American alligators thought to be alive, fewer than 100 are white and The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk has one for the summer. This “Cajun curiosity,” hatched in Louisiana and raised in Florida, will be on display from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
