This movement is not only about strength and body mobility, but also about learning to control movement, muscle strength, and improving coordination. Go for 8 reps, daily.  The technique : 1. Inhale and bring your buttocks towards your heels, keeping your back straight. 2. While keeping your chest lifted, twist your pelvis towards you and round the back.  3. Engage your abdominal muscles and push your legs into the floor as you round your upper back and reach upward. 4.
