This is a recipe for a spiced 1 gallon cyser for the fall season. The mix of cinnamon and apples in an alcoholic beverage goes hand in hand with the crisp fall nights.

The name basically says it all! This cyser recipe, developed by Joe Formanek for the 2002 National Homebrew Competition, took home bronze all the way back to Bollingbrook, Ill. in the Mead/Cyser category.
