1.  Make the dashi broth by putting 20g of dashi kombu in 1L water.  Let it sit for 20 minutes, then bring to boil.  Simmer 20g bonito flakes for 3 minutes, then filter it out.
2.  Coat a pan with 1 tbsp sesame oil, then sauté sliced burdock root first.
3.  Season 300g of sliced pork belly with salt & pepper, then continue sautéing.
4.  Put in sliced carrots, daikon, and bite-sized konnyaku (konjac), continue sautéing for 3 to 4 minutes.
5.  Pour dashi broth, bring to a boil and scoop out the foam.
6.  Put in 4 tbsp miso, mix it up.
7.  Simmer for 20 minutes in low/medium heat.
8.  Grate 2 cloves garlic & 1 block ginger, stir.
9.  Add sliced negi & simmer for 1 minute.
10.  Put in Tonjiru Recipe, Sliced Pork Belly, Sliced Carrots, Miso Soup Recipe, Dashi Broth, Bonito Flakes, Master Board, Burdock Root, Miso Soup
