Tracey Bellion on Instagram: "1. Apply decoupage medium (I use Clear Coat Satin gel by @dixiebellepaint )
2. Apply decoupage paper that has been lightly misted with water.
3. Spread it to remove wrinkles and press out bubbles (I use a wad of Saran Wrap to do this)
4. Reapply a final coat of decoupage medium.
5. Trim any excess paper with exactly knife.

Allow to dry. Will feel like leather and be surprisingly supple. I only decoupage on fabric chairs on the back cushion. I avoid doing this on the seat portion.
