Study published in July 2020 based on a pilot study where family physicians were given the guidance to advise and support the following in young children to combat childhood obesity; every day - 5 servings of fruits and vegetables to start, 2 hours of screen time at most, 1 hour physical activity at least, and 0 drinks with added sugar.
