Four layered, farm themed, ombré vanilla buttercream 1st birthday cake. Notes; equal parts unsalted butter (not spreadable or margerine), SF flour, caster sugar - 340g each. Mix in kitched aid with 6 eggs, 3 tsps baking powder and pinch of salt. Split into four equal parts and colour to style. Oven at 160 for 20 mins Butter cream- 1 part unsalted butter to 2 parts icing sugar. Mix on high for a few minutes to make it super airy then add splash of milk and vanilla extract to taste.
