When I first started working out gym for me wasn’t my MAIN priority, I had work commitments, social commitments even at the starts school commitments which would mean I could only train 4 days 😅 i remember thinking I’d never get anywhere and blame my lack of progress on only going 4 days a week. HOWEVER as time went on I learnt you can make CRAZY RESULTS in 4 days….
