I'm obsessed with these PB&J macarons. They're filled with a peanut butter ganache macaron filling recipe, then it has a center of grape jelly. I'm going to make these again for my kids - they're perfect kid macarons - this weekend. I really love how you can change the fruit spread to make it grape, strawberry, or even raspberry flavored.
