Carole's Pottery: Ombré effect. Snow Celadon 3x under Iron Lustre 4x on white clay (Standard 182). Using a fine sponge start at bottom and sponge color on to pot. Each succeeding layer starts at bottom and stops lower from the top each time.

I tried to blend the glaze after applying it to the bisque ware but failed because the clay drinks it up too fast. I stumbled upon this technique and it works perfectly.
