Push-ups are one of the best exercises for working this fundamental movement for your arms ➡️➡️ “Horizontal PUSHING” (as opposed to “vertical pushing”, which would be pressing overhead. Also good.) 

💥 But here’s the thing with a push-up: you can’t isolate JUST your arms when you do them, which is why they feel SO HARD! 

Push-ups also include core strength AND leg strength… essentially your entire body working together to make this lovely movement. 💪 

➡️ Which is why the winner for me is: Countertop Push-ups! 🔔 

Doing push-ups against a countertop allows you go through the full range of motion with your arms WHILE ALSO training your core and legs to stabilize and hold you tight.
