When fall arrives, it's pumpkin spice season. I'm so excited to present to you a pumpkin spice milk bread, shaped into a pretty wool bread, using a standard bundt pan. You can use regular tube pans for this bread. I have to say, this is the most aromatic milk bread I've made thus far, and the vibrant orange is warm and welcoming. Ingredients:
25g fresh yeast
120g whole milk
120g water
1 egg
1 egg yolk
550g all-purpose flour
20g granulated sugar
10g salt
100g unsalted butter (room temp.)

Instructions:
Mix together the fresh yeast, milk, water, egg send egg yolk
Stir in the flour, sugar and salt
Add the butter and mix for 10 to 15min - until the it forms a smooth dough 

Let the dough rise for 20min

Shape into 10 little pumpkins (+- 100g each) -> I used 4 little strings to make the pumpkin shape
Do not tighten the strings too much

Preheat oven to 200°C

Let the little pumpkins rise for 15min

Bake at 200°C for 15min

Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely 

Enjoy 🧡
