I want to make this story rope for retelling Retelling Rope, Reading Manipulatives, Friendship Preschool, Story Grammar Marker, Reciprocal Reading, Story Study, Reciprocal Teaching, Read Write Inc, Oral Language Activities

I'm getting observed next week and would like to do some kind of retelling lesson. I'm not sure if I should keep it simple by doing beginning, middle, and end, or if I should go into story elements. Does anyone have any suggestions or any lessons they did in the past that worked for them? TIA
