Back of a wedding dress that I made into a corset for a blushing bride. I also made the lacing and the bow. This was the final fitting before I ironed the ribbons and back.

My mom's wedding dress, that my gramma made, was a classic from the 1970s. It had long sleeves and a high neck with collar. She gave it to me to use as I chose. I redesigned it into a strapless dress and used fabric from her floor length veil to make flowers for the back. It was fun to have the flowers move freely as I danced the night away!
