This bread dip is a must make appetizer! It’s SOO GOOD!

𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
• 3 Heads of Garlic
• Olive Oil
• 1 Block Cream Cheese
• 1/2c Mayonnaise
• 1 Bag Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/2c Shaved Parmesan Cheese
• 1/3c Chopped Green Onion
• 2T Italian Parsley
• 1T Rosemary
• Salt and Pepper to Taste

𝑹𝒐𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑮𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒄:
- Chop the tops off the garlic heads
- Place on aluminum foil
- Top with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper
- Bake 375F for 1hr

𝑹𝒐𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑮𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑫𝒊𝒑
- In a bowl add softened cream cheese
- Squeeze out the roasted garlic
- Add half a bag of mozzarella cheese
- Add the Parmesan, green onions, mayo, parsley and rosemary, salt and pepper to taste
- Mix well and add to a baking dish
