We often hear the words “seaweed hair” banded around as an indication of how conditioned your hair should be before styling, but this is often in conjunction with heavier rinse outs or deep conditioners. These can often be too heavy for fine hair leading to hair that feels slimy, shlumpy and limp, rather than seaweedy!

Here, I break down how to achieve “seaweed hair” and an adequate level of conditioning for FINE hair!
