So that was just about 14 ounces of my imitation crab. I'm telling you that is the best way to shred up your imitation crab. Now I have some chopped parsley. I'm just going to sprinkle in there generously for some nice flavor and color. Next I have some sour cream. And we're going to do about one third a cup of sour cream. And then I have some mayo and you're going to want to do the same thing, a/ 3 cup of mayo Then, I have a softened eight-ounce block of cream cheese and now, I'm going to take half of a lemon. Put it in my lemon squeezer and squeeze all of that delicious juice right in there and you want to put the lemon in upside down. Okay, don't put it the other way. Now, we're going to take the other half of that lemon because we want the juice of one full lemon for this delicious recipe. Now, we have some shredded cheddar cheese. You want a cup of cheese. So we're going to use half of this eight ounce bag. And then you also want to take your Monterey Jack shredded cheese and do a cup of that as well. So half of an eight ounce bag. Now we're going to do some garlic of course. And we want about one clove of minced garlic. Now we have Old Bay. And yeah you gotta do this with seafood. Am I right? We need a teaspoon of Old Bay That's probably good, right? I think that's a teaspoon and then, we're going to take our Frank's red hot and we want a tablespoon of this. So, a nice, healthy amount. You can also use Tabasco or whatever hot sauce you like. Now, we have some salt to taste. I'm going to throw right in there. That red hot is kind of salty so we don't need that much. Pepper, to taste as well. Okay and that's everything that we're going to need for our delicious dip. So now you're going to take your spatula. See that cream cheese is nice and soften in there. Break up any cheese that may be sticking together. You can totally grate your own cheese if you want. But I didn't want to today. But you totally can. So you're just going to mix this all up together. And it's going to create a really delicious and yummy dip. So, I added a little bit more sour cream and mayo because I was eyeballing it so I probably did not add the full one-third cup. It was looking too thick and you know, that's what you do when you eyeball stuff. You add a little bit and then you add more as you go so you can get your desired texture. Alright, you guys and it was that easy. Let me know what you would do differently but for now, this is all finished. You can let this chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. That's probably what you want to do. But I just want to enjoy it right now and I'm going to enjoy it with Ritz crackers. I'll put it in the fridge after I try it though. You want it to chill for at least an hour. Ooh look at that. Nice big bite.
