Spinach Artichoke Dip Pull-Apart Christmas Bread Ingredients: 1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional) Instructions: Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan. Mix zucchini, chives, eggs, sour cream, butter & cheese. Mix dry ingredients into wet. Bake 50 minutes @ 350. Top with cheese & chives, bake 10 more minutes.
