Jordan Marcus

Marcus Jordan is a chart-topping gospel singer, songwriter, and producer who delivers his message of hope, love, and faith with soulful resonance. Based out of Houston, Jordan reached number one on the Billboard Gospel Airplay charts in 2023 with "Call On the Name," which was featured on the EP of the same name. He made waves again later in the year with the My Life EP and life-affirming singles such as "Be OK." A gifted musician whose deep faith and musical abilities collided at age seven, Jordan honed his skills by playing in churches and gospel groups throughout Houston. He later worked with Solange Knowles as part of the Music World Entertainment House Band. In 2018, he released his debut solo album, I Will Bless the Lord -- the year prior, Jordan received his associate's degree in Criminal Justice and became a Houston police officer. 2021's Call On the Name helped put Jordan at the forefront of the gospel music scene, appearing on several charts and producing his first radio hit, eventually topping the Billboard Gospel Airplay chart. Appearances with Jonathan McReynolds, JJ Hairston, Deitrick Haddon, James Fortune, and Maurette Brown Clark followed, as did the release of February 2023's EP My Life. Several singles, including "Dance" (which appeared in the top 30 of Billboard's Gospel Airplay chart) and "Be OK," arrived later that year.
