Jane Constance
Jane Constance was born on September 16, 2001. A native of Mauritius and blind from birth, she developed a passion for music at an early age, learning to play the piano and sing at the tender age of five. Triggering a wave of emotion every time she sang, she soon began performing in concert and taking part in several musical competitions, without abandoning her other passions of swimming, rollerblading and the Violetta series. In 2015, she took part in the second season of the TV talent show The Voice Kids , where she covered songs by Céline Dion and Andrea Bocelli, and managed to convince juror Patrick Fiori to bank on her talent. At the end of the adventure, which she finally won on October 23, the young singer, who has turned her handicap into an asset, decided to record her first album. Preceded by the evocatively-titled single "À travers tes yeux", this one, entitled À Travers Vos Yeux, soon became a hit with young audiences in autumn 2016. In addition to personal compositions, it includes cover versions and two songs by Pascal Obispo.
