Novaspace

Novaspace were a German electronic music group formed in 2002 by record producer Felix Gauder, featuring Jessica Boehrs as the lead singer. The duo's first single, "Time After Time", a cover of Cyndi Lauper's 1984 hit, reached the top 10 on the German and Austrian singles charts in 2002. Their debut album, Supernova, was released in January 2003, peaking at number 28 in Germany. The group achieved significant chart success with covers of 1980s hits such as "Guardian Angel" and "Beds Are Burning", which topped the charts in German-speaking countries. In 2004, their second album Cubes was released, featuring notable singles like "So Lonely" and "Dancing With Tears In My Eyes". Jessica Boehrs left Novaspace in 2006 and was replaced by Jenny Marsala. The group's third album, DJ Edition, included reworked versions of previous singles and a new track, "Send Me an Angel", but saw limited commercial success. Despite releasing additional singles with Jenny Marsala, including covers like "Love Changes (Everything)" and original tracks such as "Don't Look Back", Novaspace disbanded in 2011.
